Offering different
strengths, this sister act definitely meets on common ground when it comes
to having chemistry with the artists they represent. "We need to
have this special intagible feeling from an artist (and at times their
parents if we are representing young artists) in order to represent them,"
they both stated. Just two years old, still a baby in many people's eyes,
The Jelly Baby Group has managed to mature quite rapidly. With co-management
of a new pop group called PYT (Prove Yourself True) - which opened for
Britney Spears and NSync this past summer, The Jelly Baby Group also recently
completed a project with The Backstreet Boys, working on their official
photo book. Published by Random House, this book was released to stores
in August. The Jelly Baby Group is anticipating more projects with The
Backstreet Boys as well.
While Nina and Polsia have always been successful, this time, their success
is measured through smiles. Unlike other major management companies, Nina
and Polsia have different priorities, and they don't include flying first
class. When asked what each sister finds admirable about the other, the
list is endless. Though, Nina's creativity and Polsia's business sense
is highlighted, both women bring a balanced view to their business. Their
kind attitudes toward each other spill over into their work, creating
an atmosphere that is bound to keep the industry humming.
