Offering different strengths, this sister act definitely meets on common ground when it comes to having chemistry with the artists they represent. "We need to have this special intagible feeling from an artist (and at times their parents if we are representing young artists) in order to represent them," they both stated. Just two years old, still a baby in many people's eyes, The Jelly Baby Group has managed to mature quite rapidly. With co-management of a new pop group called PYT (Prove Yourself True) - which opened for Britney Spears and NSync this past summer, The Jelly Baby Group also recently completed a project with The Backstreet Boys, working on their official photo book. Published by Random House, this book was released to stores in August. The Jelly Baby Group is anticipating more projects with The Backstreet Boys as well.

While Nina and Polsia have always been successful, this time, their success is measured through smiles. Unlike other major management companies, Nina and Polsia have different priorities, and they don't include flying first class. When asked what each sister finds admirable about the other, the list is endless. Though, Nina's creativity and Polsia's business sense is highlighted, both women bring a balanced view to their business.
