On June 26, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act (H.R. 2454) – a historic step toward a new clean energy economy and a healthy future. But the final bill that comes out of the U.S. Senate must go even further to allow clean energy to favorably transform our economy, put millions of Americans back to work, and solve global warming.
